Isogenic iPSC Resource Planning Survey

ASAP plans to establish a series of human isogenic induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines, on a common background, expressing PD-associated mutations of interest. We see the value of providing this standardized resource as a way to contextualize results from patient-derived iPSCs and to dissect the contribution of genes to biological function. We have launched this survey to gauge community-wide interest and ascertain potential future use of this resource. Ultimately, we will coordinate with other funders who are developing a similar resource to ensure synergistic alignment to ensure that this resource will include mutations of interest across neurodegenerative diseases.

This survey will close on Monday, December 16 at 5pm ET.
