Tomogram of aggregate in AgDD-sfGFP-expressing HEK293 cell 6 h post aggregation induction

Description

The aggregation of the artificial protein AgDD can be temporarily controlled to study its cellular effects. This output consists of a cryo-electron tomogram of an aggregate formed by AgDD in a HEK293 cell 6h after inducing aggregation.
