Untargeted lipidomics of Tagless Lyso-IP
By onThe authors have developed the Tagless Lyso-IP method to rapidly prepare lysosome-enriched samples from human peripheral blood.
Untargeted metabolomics of Tagless Lyso-IP
By onLysosomal biology is increasingly implicated in neurodegenerative diseases and health. It has traditionally been difficult to profile the metabolomic homeostasis of the lysosome in disease states. To overcome this challenge, we have developed the Tagless Lyso-IP method to rapidly prepare lysosome enriched samples from human peripheral blood. This protocol details the processing and untargeted analysis of polar metabolites derived using the Tagless Lyso-IP method.

Glucosylceramide and glucosylsphingosine analysis V.2
By onThis protocol was used to analysis glucosylceramide and glucosylsphingosine levels in mouse brains and liver. It was also described in a previous publication (Mol Cell Neurosci. 2020 Jan:102:103451, doi: 10.1016).
Quantitative targeted metabolomics for ASO mouse model using Biocrates Q500 platform
By onProtocol for using the biocrates MxP Quant 500 kit for targeted metabolomics of mouse tissues
A CellProfiler computational pipeline to quantify the density of mouse striatal dopaminergic processes
By onHere, we present a CellProfiler (PMID: 34507520) software pipeline to quantify the density and intensity of dopaminergic processes in the mouse striatum. The dopaminergic processes in the striatum are stained using an anti-tyrosine hydroxylase antibody and the same sections are also stained using an antibody that recognizes total neuronal NeuN (neuronal nuclear antigen biomarker) for staining normalization. For the examples shown herein, images were acquired using a Zeiss LSM 900 laser scanning confocal microscope with a 63X 1.4 oil immersion objective.
