Bernadette Siddiqi

Bernadette is an Associate Director of Research Partnerships at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. Bernadette focuses on developing and implementing strategies to grow the pool of eligible study volunteers and improve recruitment and retention to Parkinson’s trials. She designs studies to understand barriers and motivations to research participation and test solutions to facilitate study enrollment. She is particularly passionate about engaging diverse populations in research to improve the generalizability of study results and the optimal development of next generation therapies for all those who could benefit. Bernadette also consults research teams on strategies to engage volunteers in their Parkinson’s studies. Bernadette is passionate about the mission of the Foundation to find a cure for Parkinson’s disease.
