Pierre Thibault, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Université de Montréal, and a Principal Investigator at the Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer where he directs the Center for Advanced Proteomics and Chemogenomics Analyses. He studied protein chemistry and bioanalytical mass spectrometry as a graduate student and gained expertise in proteomics while working at the National Research Council (NRC) of Canada. He received several awards for his scientific contributions including the NRC President’s outstanding award, the CSC Maxxam award and the CNPN Tony Pawson award.
