Description
This protocol details steps for Fura-2 imaging to measure cytoplasmic calcium in hiPSCs treated with R568 (10 μM), a positive allosteric modulator of CASR. The cells were stimulated with ionomycin (5 μM) in order to estimate the levels of calcium stored in the intracellular compartments.
