Description
Adora2a-Cre line generated by Cyagen for the Costa lab. For this KI model, the TGA stop codon in exon 3 in mouse Adora2a gene (NCBI Reference Sequence: NM_009630.3) on chromosome 10 was replaced the "T2A-Cre" cassette. Cas9 and gRNA was co-injected into fertilized eggs with targeting vector for mouse production.
