Immunofluorescence of iPSC-derived cortical neurons, specifically of PFF-seeded and spontaneous inclusionopathy models described in Lam, Ndayisaba et al 2024 Neuron. Saponin detergent is used instead of Triton-X100 to preserve the integrity of lipid-rich inclusions.
