Description
pAAV-CAG-fDIO-mKate2.0-N2cG was generated by HIFI DNAassembly of mKate2 (from Addgene #159928), T2A and N2cG ORFs (from Addgene #73481) in to a pAM-FLEX AAV2 backbone that had been modified to replace DIO with fDIO sequences.** The pAAV-CAG-fDIO-mKate2.0-N2cG vector was used as a helper virus in conjunction with a rabies virus to label presynaptic inputs to various regions in the brain with focus on SNr neurons.
