SNP array genotyping and phenotypic data generated for the manuscript “Parkinson's Families Project: a UK-wide study of early onset and familial Parkinson's disease” DOI: 10.1101/2023.12.05.23299397 The VCF file contains raw genotypes of 698 PD samples (Illumina NeuroChip SNP Array) and raw phenotypic data of 718 samples. The datasets are accessible via The European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA).
