Synaptic analysis workflow using SEQUIN

Output Details

Identification and quantification of synaptic loci is a critically important question for numerous neuroscience experiments. This protocol provides for the analysis of super-resolution images acquired on a Zeiss Airyscan microscope. Endpoints provided by this analysis workflow include identification of synaptic loci, quantification of a third label in the proximity of identified synaptic loci, and localization of identified synaptic loci to labeled neurites.
