Tailored workflows for the analysis of transposable elements (Garza et al, 2025)

Output Details

For our latest preprint (Garza et al., 2025), we developed a collection of tailored workflows for the analysis of transposable elements across multiple data types, including single-nucleus RNA-seq, deep bulk RNA-seq, long-read RNA-seq, and DNA-seq. These workflows are implemented as Snakemake pipelines, Jupyter notebooks, R markdowns, and scripts. A comprehensive overview is available in the associated GitHub README.
