Drd1-T2A-Cre mouse line

Output Details

Dopamine D1 receptor cre knock in mouse line generated by the Costa lab. The gRNA to mouse Drd1 gene, the donor vector containing "T2A-Cre" cassette, and Cas9 mRNA were co-injected into fertilized mouse eggs to generate targeted knock-in offspring. F0 founder animals were identified by PCR followed by sequence analysis, which were bred to wildtype mice to test germline transmission and F1 animal generation.
