Request for Article Processing Charge (APC) Funds

ASAP grantees are eligible to apply for coverage of article processing charges (APCs) if the following requirements are met: 

1. The manuscript is ASAP-funded.
2. The manuscript has been previously reviewed by the ASAP Open Science Team.
3. The manuscript is fully compliant with the ASAP Open Science Policy.
4. The manuscript has been accepted for publication in a reputable, peer-reviewed scientific journal.
5. The manuscript will be published with a CC BY 4.0 or CC0 license.
6. The applicant/author has not already paid APC fees to the publishing journal.

Retroactive reimbursement for paid APCs may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
