Cauldron

An open-source multiplatform data analysis pipeline runner platform that require no installation. It works through a system of plugins where every data analysis can be defined as a plugin, including what kind of input in what form as well as expected output by the developer. Then Cauldron would automatically generated the user input interface allowing the previously commandline-based tool to be useable within a more familiar user interface. The plugins can be distributed through any git compatible platform and Cauldron would be able to install such plugins. Currently we have already written many plugins for Cauldron adapting pipeline currently used for data analysis within the lab. Currently, it support arm64 macOS, windows and mainline linux distributions as main build targets. Cauldron also includes utility for adapting plugins written for Cauldron to nextflow pipeline.
