Description
This protocol describes the preparation of mouse brain tissue for Visium Spatial Gene Expression analysis using the 10x Genomics Visium platform. It includes tissue embedding and cryosectioning, methanol fixation, hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining, brightfield imaging, tissue permeabilization optimization, spatial gene expression library preparation, and high-throughput sequencing for downstream spatial transcriptomic analysis.
