Description
The collection of human pluripotent stem cell lines from Team Studer consist of isogenic GBA, LRRK2, SNCA series across three genetic backgrounds, KI-reporter lines for TOMM20 for mitochondria, b-actin for cytoskeleton, LMNB1 for nuclear lamina and LAMP1 for lysosomes, a-synuclein overexpression lines for Lewy body-like aggregation models and other key ASAP-related human PSC resources.
