Cupcake

A multiplatform, self-hostable, open-source proteomics metadata-centric lab information management and modern e-lab notebook platform that support reagent, instrument booking, lab protocol compositor with multimedia annotation support for live capturing video, audio with optional automated transcription of content, and photo evidence for lab notebook. Currently Cupcake servers can be accessed through the web browser directly or through installed client software. On modern macOS, iPad OS and iPhone, the client can currently be installed from Apple TestFlight.
