Histology from Rodrigues-Vaz and Athalye et al: Imaging of specific mouse brain region where viral injection and implant was placed at

This dataset is part of an experiment in which dorsolateral striatum (DLS) was imaged while mice performed task. This images show targeting of viral expression and lens implant to DLS. We used DAPI to mark cell bodies, GFP for GCAMP6f and RFP for cell specific populations.
