Protocol to differentiate human iPS cells into cortical neurons by doxycycline induction of NGN2 transgene expression. Use iPSCs transfected with an NGN2-puro-SNAP PiggyBac construct, with a blasticidin-resistance backbone. Based on protocol from Yumanity/Xin Jiang/05-15-18.
