Lysosomal Brain Protein Atlas Interactive Browser

An interactive web tool was developed to host the proteomic atlas and facilitate cell-type-specific queries. The browser provides searchable access to LysoIP protein abundance, the comparison across cell-types and its annotation. The resource is freely available at https://brainresilience.stanford.edu/lysosomal-brain-protein-atlas without login requirements.
