Using Gateway system (11791019, Thermo Fisher), cDNA of FTL (subcloned from Addgene #100153) was cloned into a pBABEpuro-mCherrry-GTW, which was engineered by cloning mCherry2 (Addgene # 54563) into pBABEpuro-gateway (Addgene # 51070)
