This protocol describes behavioral testing to assess motor deficits in mice. It includes open field locomotor testing and scoring of levodopa-induced dyskinesia.
The Cylinder test is used to evaluate locomotor asymmetry in rodent models.
The challenging beam test is used to measure motor performance, coordination, and balance.
