Description

This dataset provides raw and reconstructed X-ray phase-contrast tomography volumes (DESY, GINX Beamline, Hamburg, Germany), together with accompanying metadata and processing information. It enables detailed 3D analysis of pathological structures in human brain tissue and supports reproducibility of the imaging workflow, including correlation with corresponding histological sections.
