Stable integration of piggyBac plasmids into U2OS cells

Description

Generation of stably transfected U2OS human osteosarcoma cell line with piggyBac constructs (e.g., piggyBac-rtTA(#4)-SNCA-A53T-sfGFP-IRES-mKate2-puro to express transgenic SNCA). The established cell line overexpresses the transgene cloned in the piggyBac construct (e.g., alpha-synuclein) by doxycycline induction.
