This dataset provides base-resolution DNA methylation profiles generated via Whole-Genome Bisulfite Sequencing (WGBS) of human iPSC-derived midbrain astrocytes. The study contrasts the methylome of ATP13A2 c.1306 mutants with Wild Type (WT) controls. The objective was to evaluate overall DNA methylation levels and regional epigenetic modifications associated with the genotype. This dataset is designed to be integrated with companion RNA-seq and ATAC-seq data to provide a multi-omic characterization of the model.
