The software contained in this repository was used to analyze the whole-cell electrophysiology recordings of striatal spiny projection neurons and midbrain dopamine neurons. These custom MATLAB files are associated with the project "Generation of knock-in Cre and FlpO mouse lines for basal ganglia and dopamine neuron investigation" by Albarran et al.

Anxa1-P2A-Cre Mouse line

Anxa1-Cre knock-in mice express cre recombinase from the mouse Anxa1 promoter in Anxa1-expressing cells and subtypes of dopaminergic neurons. This strain is useful in studies of motor neuron deficits in Parkinson's disease.
