This dataset contains the following whole-cell proteomic datasets: Proteomic analysis of iNeurons at day 0, 4 and 12 of differentiation (in triplicates) Proteomic analysis of iNeurons at day 0, 4 and 12 of differentiation lacking FBXO7 (two clones, in triplicates) Proteomic analysis of HeLa Flip-in HFT-Park2-WT cells in fed and 16h AO (mitophagy) conditions Proteomic analysis of HeLa Flip-in HFT-Park2-WT cells lacking FBXO7 (who clones) in fed and 16h AO (mitophagy) conditions
