Description
This protocol describes how to image GRAB Acetylcholine (GRABACh) and GRAB Dopamine (GRABDA) sensor expression in ex vivo mouse striatal slices, and measure changes in fluorescence signals resulting from electrically-evoked neurotransmitter release.
