Description
This plasmid can be used to label presynaptic inputs to SNr and SNr-IC neurons. pAAV-ehSyn-fDIO-TVA950-eYFP (e.g. pAAVDJ-Esyn-FlpX-TVA950-EYFP-WPRE), based on pAAV-DIO-TVA950-eYFP (Addgene #120269), was generated by replacement of the DIO cassette with a fDIO cassette (synthesized by GenScript), and insertion of the TVA950-eYFP sequence.
