GWAS summary statistics for Parkinson’s Disease risk were obtained from EBI GWAS Catalog Study ID: GCST009325 (PMID: 31701892) and processed using the MAGMA tool on FUMA’s online platform to generate a scored list (z-scores) of significant genes.
