Release Notes – ASAP CRN Cloud – Version 5.0.0

The ASAP CRN Cloud is pleased to announce the 5.0.0 release of data which expands our datasets and harmonized collections. Our recent release adds the following modalities: This release adds one new collection, the Human in vitro - bulk RNA-seq collection, and expands upon our existing collections. Data is available to researchers with an active CRN Cloud account and valid Data Use Agreement (DUA).
